I dance to connect. I dance to strengthen the connection I have with with myself, the people around me, and a world far more expansive than my own. Exploring methods of communication, and bond between body and brain, I am able to craft the space around me, meeting new movement opportunities each day. More than simply expression, dance is my way of life and most clearly defined path to greatest fulfillment.
